The day brought together business leaders, experts and future leaders to discuss growth, change in working life and spaces that enable new ways of thinking. The opening day program offered thought-provoking speeches and discussions. Deputy Mayor for Economic Development, Employment, Sports and Culture in Espoo, Mervi Heinaro opened up perspectives on the city of growth, and keynote speakers Helene Auramo and Matti Ristimäki introduced the audience to the transformation of working life and how and for whom growth is actually being built. The event was hosted by the brilliant Sanna Salovaara, who led the guests through the story of Keilaniemi ARC and its creators. During the afternoon, we also had the opportunity to explore the renovated premises with small group tours, from co-working areas to a golf simulator and move-in ready spaces where you could already plan your own office of the future. Delicious flavors at after work were provided by the Nest restaurant, and a live pianist was creating a beautiful atmosphere by the views overlooking the sea. Networking, discussions and insights filled the space, and Keilaniemi ARC shone true to its name as a meeting place that creates opportunities for growth and big plans, as is well evident from the motto "Do bigger things". The brand-new logistics center received a celebration worthy of its scale when Noste produced DHL Express’s topping-out ceremony for our client Avia Real Estate. AVIA REAL ESTATE DHL EXPRESS LOGISTICS CENTER Client: Avia Real Estate Event: Topping-out ceremony for DHL Express Logistics Center Venue: DHL Express Logistics Center The brand-new logistics center received a celebration worthy of its scale when Noste produced DHL Express’s topping-out ceremony. Our client, Avia Real Estate, serves as the project developer — and as tradition dictates, the milestone deserved to be marked with a proper event, even while construction was still under its way. Hosting an event in an unfinished building brings a unique set of challenges compared to a ready-made venue. Key considerations included guest entry routes, defining the event area, ensuring access to electricity and water for catering, and checking restroom availability. To add to the complexity, the space itself evolved daily as construction progressed — meaning it looked very different on the event day than during the initial site visit and planning phase. This event required meticulous planning, clear communication and close collaboration between the client, the construction team and Noste. Everything went according to plan and both the client and guests were delighted with the outcome. Noste brought a touch of northern Finnish creativity to the South of France by designing and producing the City of Oulu’s exhibition stand at the MIPIM 2025 international exhibition in Cannes. CITY OF OULU MIPIM2025 EXHIBITION Client: City of Oulu Event: MIPIM2025 exhibition Venue: Le Palais des Festivals, Cannes, Ranska From Kilpisjärvi to Cannes – Finnish design charmed in France. We brought a touch of northern Finnish creativity to the South of France by designing and producing the City of Oulu’s exhibition stand at the MIPIM 2025 international fair in Cannes. Noste was selected for the project through a competitive bidding process, after which we had the opportunity to create a refined and impressive stand concept together with our trusted design and construction partner. While the client already had preliminary plans, we updated the design to make it fresher, lighter and more open – a look the client immediately loved. The stand highlighted Finnish design, functional spatial use and a cohesive visual identity. The venue, Le Palais des Festivals, presented its fair share of logistical challenges, but our experienced construction partner handled everything smoothly with the help of local contacts. Noste was responsible, alongside its partner, for the stand design, construction and overall project management. The best feedback came when the client, upon arrival, thought the stand was larger than in previous years – even though the square meters remained exactly the same. Smart spatial design really makes a difference! A big thanks to our client for the excellent collaboration and continued trust. Noste was selected to produce the event through a highly competitive agency tender process. The winning proposal stood out thanks to persistent sales work, attention to detail, a strong creative concept and a well-structured plan, all delivered within the set budget. According to the client, Noste Productions presentation was precise, professional, and reflected an excellent understanding of the event’s needs. “Our concept started with the essentials. This was a once-in-a-lifetime celebration a chance for project members to reconnect after years of collaboration. We wanted to design the event to encourage conversations and meaningful encounters, while also ensuring that everyone, including those attending alone, felt welcome. Even in the offer phase, we focused on creating a warm, human-centered atmosphere rather than presenting cold 3D visuals. Instead, we conveyed the mood through storytelling and evocative imagery. It was amazing to see how much guests enjoyed the evening and how delighted the client was with the result," says Johanna Saarinen, the event’s lead designer at Noste. The final event struck a perfect balance between festive and relaxed, supported by host Rudi Rok, tailored décor for the Metro Areena and a headline performance by the Finnish singer, song writer and artist Anssi Kela. VIHTI MUNICIPALITY CHRISTMAS PARTY Client: Vihti Municipality Event: Christmas party Venue: Vihti sport hall In December 2025, we organized a lively and warm-hearted Christmas party for the municipality of Vihti. The evening was full of laughter, people coming together, and that magical Christmas spirit which makes Christmas parties memorable. The Vihti sports hall underwent a big transformation for the celebrations into a fairy-tale Christmas forest with elves, pine trees and colorful lights. The atmosphere was relaxed and happy right from the start. Smiles seemed to spread from person to person and at the same time the hustle and bustle of everyday life was forgotten. Hungry guests were delighted by the hot dog bicycle booths, which, in addition to the municipality's signature hot dog, also offered "Nummela" and "Nuuksio" for those who wanted it. The Christmas photo wall (which we also got to test ourselves) was in frequent use and created moments full of laughter during the holiday of socializing together. There were also surprise guests; Hansu and Pirre took over the stage with their captivating energy. After this power duo, the stunning Jonna Tervomaa performed Noste Productions with its partners was responsible for the project management, venue planning, decoration, catering and technology of the event. The end result was an evening with delicious food, great performances and, above all, people meeting in a relaxed but festive atmosphere. We had the pleasure of creating a custom exhibition stand for our client Dentsply Sirona at the IFEA 24 trade fair in Scotland. DENTSPLY SIRONA IFEA 24 -EXHIBITION Client: Dentsply Sirona Event: IFEA 24 -exhibition Venue: SEC Glasgow, Scottish Event Campus We had the pleasure of creating a custom exhibition stand for our client Dentsply Sirona at the IFEA 24 trade fair in Scotland. Having previously designed and produced the client’s stand for an event at Messukeskus Helsinki, this time our focus was on sustainability and circular design. The stand walls and the impressive central display table were made entirely from recycled reboard, while the ceiling structure was also crafted from eco-friendly materials. All additional elements were rented from the venue rather than purchased new, minimizing environmental impact. The stand’s open and spacious layout, without any floor-standing walls, made it possible to place the massive table in the center – ensuring easy access for visitors and a smooth flow for product demonstrations. The table also offered clever built-in storage for a surprising amount of materials. The client was delighted with both the outcome and the collaboration with Noste and we’re happy to share that the next stand project is already in the works! CERTEGO Finland – Two events, one ambitious goal: the best event ever. Noste Productions delivered Certego’s customer day and partner exhibition, Certego Forum, as well as the staff day, Certego Day. The customer event aimed to bring together the leading names in Finland’s security industry, with President Sauli Niinistö as a keynote speaker. In total, the events gathered 600 guests. CERTEGO FINLAND CERTEGO FORUM & CERTEGO DAY 2026 Client: Certego Finland Event: Certego Forum & Certego Day 2026 Venue: Olympiastadion Two events, one ambitious goal Our collaboration with CERTEGO Finland started with a goal of creating their best customer event ever. This meant that this year’s event, which had become a tradition, had to be something completely unique, and that no previous implementation would be enough – the bar was set higher. The customer event was expected to feature top names in the Finnish security industry, and a wish to also have President Sauli Niinistö as a speaker. The challenge was accepted, and thanks to close cooperation with the team, this wish came true. The weekend was structured to a two-day event at the Olympic Stadium: Customer Day and Partner Exhibition Certego Forum Employee Day Certego Day In total, over 600 guests attended these events. The two-day event was a result of hundreds of hours of work, countless details coming together, and a carefully planned schedule. A 15-person partner team built the stage, audience area, and exhibition booths, ensuring that speakers had efficient tools to perform with and that attendees could see and hear the program in all areas. End result we are extremely proud of The long-term work was reflected in a successful, smooth event and in the positive feedback received from the client and their stakeholders.
