AUTHENTICITY

In everything we do at event agency Noste, we are authentic, our true selves. It is the basis of everything. Sometimes things can get frustrating and annoying, but mostly jokes fly and people laugh. That's how we humans are.

Authenticity can be seen in us as immediacy and down-to-earthness. We are honest with each other, with our customers and with our subcontractors and partners. We tell things as they are, we don't sugar coat, but we know how to hype when necessary.

We do not emphasize ourselves, our clients and their goals are always in the center. We do challenge constructively and, if necessary, bring out a point of view of a professional, which is why ultimately clients hire us, to genuinely bring added value to the production of events.

We value and accept individuality in our work community. For us it is a strength and we respect it.

COURAGE

At event agency Noste, we boldly take things to the next level. We do that with bold choices in event planning and implementation.

In the planning phase of corporate events, we can propose surprising and innovative themes that challenge traditional thinking and create a unique experience for the participants. In ideation, we dare to bring to the table new technologies that are not yet in general use. In productions, our courage can mean, for example, choosing unconventional venues or creative solutions that turn the entire event space into a fascinating story, or using performers who surprise and inspire the audience.

We boldly present our expertise, and we are not afraid to give a professional opinion, either in a sales situation or in the production phase.

Also we boldly network with new contacts and partners. It often brings new energy to the planning and ideation of events and, in best scenario, increases client portfolio. Courage can also be seen in the fact that we dare to challenge our customers to think bigger and see new possibilities in event production.

CARE

We care about our employees, our company, our clients and their businesses.

We want our employees to feel comfortable with us, to be proud to be working at Noste and to pass the word on. We believe that this is also visible to our customers in the work we do for them and their business.

Showing care to our employees during remote work era is challenging. We have tackled this by having weekly team meetings and staying connected over teams. Our work culture is encouraging and open, and our people can also openly say if they are having a bad day.

At Noste, we have flexible working hours, we support the balance of work and free time and give the opportunity to work outside the home as well. We believe that when employees feel good, they are more motivated and productive.

When we land a new client, we go through together with the client and in our own team what the client does, what are their business goals and values, who are their competitors, etc., with the aim of understanding the clients business as well as possible. This helps us bring added value to the client, understand the goals of their events and offer the right solutions in event planning.

The client is at the center of our business. Truly. We strive for long and confidential relationships by listening to our clients feedback and needs. We take feedback seriously and use it to develop our operations and services.

For us, agility means quick response, flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing situations without compromising quality. We act proactively and make decisions quickly – always with the customer’s best interests in mind. We respond to messages within the same day and ensure that things progress smoothly and as agreed.​
