VIRTUAL SEMINAR FOR MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION

We organized a virtual seminar for the S-Ryhmä’s management and administration, bringing together executives from cooperative societies across Finland. The event marked the S-Ryhmä's annual kickoff, with up to 250 participants joining online!
 

Lively group discussions kept the energy high throughout the day and the event was topped off with performances by Takomo and Hovimuusikko Ilkka. A fantastic participation rate and very satisfied clients.
 

Noste was responsible for project management, including coordinating and leading project meetings, handling practical arrangements with the studio and technical teams, speaker guidance, managing both rehearsal and live event days, creating the run sheet and technical rundown, booking and coordinating makeup services, developing and booking entertainment proposals, briefing performers and coordinating the streaming platform.
