    CERTEGO FINLAND CERTEGO FORUM & CERTEGO DAY 2026 Client: Certego Finland Event: Certego Forum & Certego Day 2026 Venue: Olympiastadion Two events, one ambitious goal Our collaboration with CERTEGO Finland started with a goal of creating their best customer event ever. This meant that this year’s event, which had become a tradition, had to be something completely unique, and that no previous implementation would be enough – the bar was set higher. The customer event was expected to feature top names in the Finnish security industry, and a wish to also have President Sauli Niinistö as a speaker. The challenge was accepted, and thanks to close cooperation with the team, this wish came true. The weekend was structured to a two-day event at the Olympic Stadium: Customer Day and Partner Exhibition Certego Forum Employee Day Certego Day In total, over 600 guests attended these events. The two-day event was a result of hundreds of hours of work, countless details coming together, and a carefully planned schedule. A 15-person partner team built the stage, audience area, and exhibition booths, ensuring that speakers had efficient tools to perform with and that attendees could see and hear the program in all areas. End result we are extremely proud of The long-term work was reflected in a successful, smooth event and in the positive feedback received from the client and their stakeholders. Particularly pleasing was the rating given by the client – a perfect ten and a promise to continue the cooperation.     Valmet's Beyond Circularity was a four-year Business Finland Veturi project (2022–2026), which aimed to accelerate the green transition, develop technologies that promote the circular economy, and support industrial carbon neutrality with over 370 ecosystem partners in 47 projects. Noste was responsible for the overall production of the event. VALMET OYJ BEYOND CIRCULARITY -PROJECT CLOSING PARTY Client: Valmet Oyj Event: Beyond Circularity -project closing party Venue: Musiikkitalo & Kulttuurikasarmi Valmet's Beyond Circularity was a four-year Business Finland Veturi project (2022–2026), which aimed to accelerate the green transition, develop technologies that promote the circular economy, and support industrial carbon neutrality with over 370 ecosystem partners in 47 projects. The closing ceremony of the project brought together Valmet employees, representatives of Business Finland and ecosystem partners related to the projects. The successes of the projects and the impacts of the entire project were discussed in the Paavo Hall of the Music Hall, with an audience of 200 actively participating in the day's activities. During the seminar day, participants were able to explore the sections in the lower lobby, where the projects were presented, and enjoy the delicious treats of Music Hall. At the end of the day, a cocktail party brought the participants together, wonderfully accompanied by the music of the Sibelius Academy. When leaving, guests were given basil seeds to take home, in the spirit of the green transition. The event continued with the Valmet team at Kulttuurikasarmi, where the project's completion was celebrated. The evening culminated with highlights from the project, a wonderful dinner, and a fascinating performance by Lumina. In particular, the script and program flow of the day event with approximately 40 speakers, required minute-by-minute planning and an experienced technical team to ensure that the speeches and the right materials flowed at the desired pace. Noste was selected to produce the event through a highly competitive agency tender process. The winning proposal stood out thanks to persistent sales work, attention to detail, a strong creative concept and a well-structured plan, all delivered within the set budget. According to the client, Noste Productions presentation was precise, professional, and reflected an excellent understanding of the event’s needs. “Our concept started with the essentials. This was a once-in-a-lifetime celebration a chance for project members to reconnect after years of collaboration. We wanted to design the event to encourage conversations and meaningful encounters, while also ensuring that everyone, including those attending alone, felt welcome. Even in the offer phase, we focused on creating a warm, human-centered atmosphere rather than presenting cold 3D visuals. Instead, we conveyed the mood through storytelling and evocative imagery.     The brand-new logistics center received a celebration worthy of its scale when Noste produced DHL Express’s topping-out ceremony for our client Avia Real Estate. AVIA REAL ESTATE DHL EXPRESS LOGISTICS CENTER Client: Avia Real Estate Event: Topping-out ceremony for DHL Express Logistics Center Venue: DHL Express Logistics Center The brand-new logistics center received a celebration worthy of its scale when Noste produced DHL Express’s topping-out ceremony. Our client, Avia Real Estate, serves as the project developer — and as tradition dictates, the milestone deserved to be marked with a proper event, even while construction was still under its way. Hosting an event in an unfinished building brings a unique set of challenges compared to a ready-made venue. Key considerations included guest entry routes, defining the event area, ensuring access to electricity and water for catering, and checking restroom availability. To add to the complexity, the space itself evolved daily as construction progressed — meaning it looked very different on the event day than during the initial site visit and planning phase. This event required meticulous planning, clear communication and close collaboration between the client, the construction team and Noste. Everything went according to plan and both the client and guests were delighted with the outcome.
