Noste had the honor of partnering with Wolf Lubricants, the official lubricant partner of the World Rally Championship (WRC)at the legendary Secto Rally Finland in Jyväskylä. WOLF OIL SECTO RALLY FINLAND RACE Client: Wolf Oil Event: Jyväskylä Secto Rally Finland Race Noste had the honor of partnering for the third time with Wolf Lubricants, the official lubricant partner of the World Rally Championship (WRC) — this time at the legendary Secto Rally Finland in Jyväskylä. Wolf’s booth, the Power Space, was located in the heart of the rally’s Service Park. The goal was to engage both visitors and VIP guests with an exciting Speed Challenge game. The base times for the challenge had been set earlier by the rally drivers themselves and proudly holding second place was co-driver Janni Hussi! Throughout the day, the game sparked plenty of laughter, excitement, and a few surprised reactions when reflexes didn’t quite match expectations. Even Wolf’s brand ambassador, Marcus Grönholm, joined in to test his speed and a few brave guests got the chance to challenge him head-to-head. Noste was responsible for on-site project management, booth operations, hosts, VIP guest coordination, event photography, and liaison with the WRC organization to ensure a seamless experience. Häme University of Applied Sciences (HAMK) hosted the national Pedaforum 2024 – Seminar of Higher Education Pedagogy in Hämeenlinna on June 5–6, 2024. Noste supported the organizers in this event. VIHTI MUNICIPALITY CHRISTMAS PARTY Client: Vihti Municipality Event: Christmas party Venue: Vihti sport hall In December 2025, we organized a lively and warm-hearted Christmas party for the municipality of Vihti. The evening was full of laughter, people coming together, and that magical Christmas spirit which makes Christmas parties memorable. The Vihti sports hall underwent a big transformation for the celebrations into a fairy-tale Christmas forest with elves, pine trees and colorful lights. The atmosphere was relaxed and happy right from the start. Smiles seemed to spread from person to person and at the same time the hustle and bustle of everyday life was forgotten. Hungry guests were delighted by the hot dog bicycle booths, which, in addition to the municipality's signature hot dog, also offered "Nummela" and "Nuuksio" for those who wanted it. The Christmas photo wall (which we also got to test ourselves) was in frequent use and created moments full of laughter during the holiday of socializing together. There were also surprise guests; Hansu and Pirre took over the stage with their captivating energy. After this power duo, the stunning Jonna Tervomaa performed Noste Productions with its partners was responsible for the project management, venue planning, decoration, catering and technology of the event. The end result was an evening with delicious food, great performances and, above all, people meeting in a relaxed but festive atmosphere. Noste brought a touch of northern Finnish creativity to the South of France by designing and producing the City of Oulu’s exhibition stand at the MIPIM 2025 international exhibition in Cannes. CITY OF OULU MIPIM2025 EXHIBITION Client: City of Oulu Event: MIPIM2025 exhibition Venue: Le Palais des Festivals, Cannes, Ranska From Kilpisjärvi to Cannes – Finnish design charmed in France. We brought a touch of northern Finnish creativity to the South of France by designing and producing the City of Oulu’s exhibition stand at the MIPIM 2025 international fair in Cannes. Noste was selected for the project through a competitive bidding process, after which we had the opportunity to create a refined and impressive stand concept together with our trusted design and construction partner. While the client already had preliminary plans, we updated the design to make it fresher, lighter and more open – a look the client immediately loved. The stand highlighted Finnish design, functional spatial use and a cohesive visual identity. The venue, Le Palais des Festivals, presented its fair share of logistical challenges, but our experienced construction partner handled everything smoothly with the help of local contacts. Noste was responsible, alongside its partner, for the stand design, construction and overall project management. The best feedback came when the client, upon arrival, thought the stand was larger than in previous years – even though the square meters remained exactly the same. Smart spatial design really makes a difference! A big thanks to our client for the excellent collaboration and continued trust. The brand-new logistics center received a celebration worthy of its scale when Noste produced DHL Express’s topping-out ceremony for our client Avia Real Estate. AVIA REAL ESTATE DHL EXPRESS LOGISTICS CENTER Client: Avia Real Estate Event: Topping-out ceremony for DHL Express Logistics Center Venue: DHL Express Logistics Center The brand-new logistics center received a celebration worthy of its scale when Noste produced DHL Express’s topping-out ceremony. Our client, Avia Real Estate, serves as the project developer — and as tradition dictates, the milestone deserved to be marked with a proper event, even while construction was still under its way. Hosting an event in an unfinished building brings a unique set of challenges compared to a ready-made venue. Key considerations included guest entry routes, defining the event area, ensuring access to electricity and water for catering, and checking restroom availability. To add to the complexity, the space itself evolved daily as construction progressed — meaning it looked very different on the event day than during the initial site visit and planning phase. This event required meticulous planning, clear communication and close collaboration between the client, the construction team and Noste. Everything went according to plan and both the client and guests were delighted with the outcome.
